Recall Training

Does your dog ignore you when you call, run in the other direction at the end of the walk, run away to say hello to every dog or person? Recall problems are very common and can make things very stressful and dangerous whilst out walking. A dog that does not come back can get in all sorts of trouble and make your walk far less enjoyable.
Over the years, I have seen many owners struggling with this and for this reason I have devised a specific programme to help with recall. Our programme is divided into 3 hourly sessions. The first will be at your home discussing the principles of recall training and looking at ways of changing your dog's response to your recall. The following two sessions will be outside, first in our enclosed field in Shamley Green and then in a more public place with distractions: don't wait, the longer the problem goes on the harder it is to correct!
